Each subject gets its own name, its own site, and its own author.

  • Every claim carries a source and a date. Where something can't be verified, we say so rather than filling the gap.
  • We aren't affiliated with the institutions we write about, and we don't accept payment to recommend them.
  • We publish what we'd want to be told — including the parts that make a decision harder rather than easier.
